Mt.Tateyama is one of the three sacred mountains in Japan, along with Mt.Fuji and Mt.Hakusan. In the 18th and 19th centuries, people climbed the mountain for pilgrimage. Tateyama Mandala is religious painting of mountain worship mixed with Buddhism, Shintoism and animism. Villagers traveled all across Japan carring these Mandalas to promulgate Mt.Tateyama Reliegion and invite people to climb the sacred Mt.Tateyama. I created AI-generated versions, completely new ones in this web3 age.
