In total isolation, during the Covid lockdown - and up to date, Christie painted 120 canvases. It was a cathartic experience for her as she had not painted for years. Everything flowed easily. She also took up meditation, causing her imagination to awaken. 
She has tried to make her artwork beautiful and magical with a mythical influence. She studied English Literature and Classics at University which helped her theme.

39 Whitfield Street in AltSpace is a faithful reconstruction of the first bricks and mortar Internet Cafe “Cyberia” which opened at 39 Whitfield Street in Central London in 1994. 

The intention was always to make 39 Whitfield Street a multi-presence metaverse experience. Here we are in Spatial.
